    Matching Screw: Designed to match the MIA0401 ball screw, ensuring precise fit between the nut and the screw’s thread structure to guarantee stable transmission performance.   


    Structural Type: Standard nut 


    Thread Specification: Matches the thread parameters of the MIA0401 ball screw, with a lead consistent with the screw (typically 1mm), ensuring smooth conversion of rotational motion to linear motion without transmission jitter.


    Material:Made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15.This material offer excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength, enabling the nut to withstand repeated friction and load during long-term operation.


    Hardness:The surface hardness of the nut’s internal thread is  58-62 HRC. This hardness level ensures sufficient wear resistance to avoid thread damage caused by long-term meshing with the ball screw, thereby extending the service life of the entire transmission pair.


    Precision Grade:Corresponding to the precision grade of the matched MIA0401 ball screw  C3. It mainly controls indicators such as the internal thread’s pitch error and coaxiality, ensuring that the nut and screw work together to achieve high-precision linear motion without introducing additional transmission errors.


    Working Temperature Range: Generally applicable to a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.
